HYL were awarded the mechanical services for a 500 bed student residence on Gardiner Street in Dublin 1. The development is approximately 15,000m2 and is located on the junction of Gardiner Street and Summerhill. It consists of four blocks of accommodation with varying number of floors over ground which provides the main horizontal route for M&E services between the blocks.

The buildings comprise Student Residential Accommodation with some Retail Units, Management Suite, a Laundry and Student Common Areas located at ground level. The main plantroom is located in the Basement comprising combined of 900 kw boiler output coupled of 40kw micro CHP.
