HYL were awarded the M&E contract following a successful partnership with the same team at the historic 1 Windmill Lane project at Hanover Quay.

This is a six storey over basement car park re-development with an addition of 2 floors totalling approximately 11,600m sq. The development consists of ground floor gym and remainder of commercial office space. All developed through BIM technology.

The high level specification consists of installation materials which meets Gold LEED standard.
