Health and Safety
It is the policy of this company to comply with the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005, the Safety Health and Welfare at Work (General Application) Regulations 2007 and the Safety, Health & Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2006. Haughton and Young Ltd. will ensure so far as is reasonably practicable, the Safety, Health and Welfare of all employees whilst at work, and will provide such information, training and supervision as they need for this purpose. It is the policy of this company to protect, in so far as is reasonably practicable, persons not in our employment, who may be affected by our activities and not to expose them to risk.
All employees have the responsibility to co-operate with supervisors and managers to achieve a healthy and safe workplace, and to take reasonable care of themselves and others. It is the responsibility and duty of all employees to comply with the safety policy by exercising due caution and care.
